Our Response To COVID-19

To minimize the risk of exposure due to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, we have implemented specific actions to ensure the well-being and security of employees and existing tenants while we support and provide service while we do our part to help reduce the spread.


While our office remains open we amended our operations and made adjustments to our business in order to reduce walk-in traffic, eliminate over the counter payments and prioritize our tenants safe warehouse access Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:30 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.


We are all in this together, together in all we do.  We want to be part of your solution but if you’ve recently been to the airport or returning from travels, exposed to groups, public gatherings or experiencing any flu like symptoms please consider others before requesting access to your storage.


We’re committed to being in service to our existing tenants.  Masks are required in the building and have ample hand santitizer available.  We're back to operating a full staff schedule and renting to new tenants.  We’re actively cleaning, making building upgrades and adding to tenant services.


Some tenants are finding value in calling ahead but we welcome all existing tenants to come for access during our hours of operations.  We recommend that all tenants quickly create an account through our new and secure online Member Centre.  New tenant online registration is also available.
