Our Response To COVID-19

To minimize the risk of exposure due to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, we have implemented specific actions to ensure the well-being and security of employees and existing tenants while we support and provide service while we do our part to help reduce the spread.


While our office remains open we amended office hours and as of April 1st; we closed our doors for walk-in traffic, eliminated over the counter payments and restricted existing tenant access for ESSENTIAL USE, SINGLE TENANT private warehouse experience, Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm.


We are all in this together, together in all we do.  We want to be part of your solution but if you’ve recently been to the airport or returning from travels, exposed to groups, public gatherings or experiencing any flu like symptoms please consider others before requesting access to your storage.


We’re committed to being in service to our existing tenants.  We’re actively cleaning, have limited staff presence and suspended new rentals.  While our front door remains closed, office hours remain available to accommodate phone calls and email enquiries Monday-Friday, 9:00 am- 5:30 pm.


Considering that communications might be reduced or delayed in the coming weeks, and to ensure that you have essential access to your storage, we highly recommend that existing tenants quickly create an account through our new and secure online Member Centre.  New tenant waiting list available.
